 Greetings everyone,

PIM resides in Sacramento County on our family ranch. We have 2 border collie crosses, 1 “ranch” Rottweiler, 1 rescue Chi-Shepard mix and 1 lovely mutt, who was a roadside rescue that darted in front of my truck. I also have 5 horses and 1 very brave barn cat. To say I love my animals is an understatement. 

I have been lucky enough to live the country lifestyle my entire childhood and adult life. With that lifestyle, came my love for animals. For me, all animals, but horses and dogs have a very special place in my heart. If you saw me, rarely would it be without my dogs, or you could find me riding my horses with my dogs packing alongside. You can also find me saving and fostering just about anything with fur. 

In my corporate avenues, I have worked in the veterinary field as well as the human medical field for the past 25 years. In my “spare time” I compete in barrel racing and have been training horses and giving lessons for the past 25 years. I have also worked for one of the top dog training companies in California for the past 3 years & have decades of experience in animal husbandry. 

I have trained our family ranch dogs for as long as I can remember but am now seeking the opportunity to help others train their fur-family in a compassionate, balanced, responsible, and positive manner, just as they were my own. 

As a child I watched my father, who was a K9 police officer, work with his partner daily and truly have a love for one another. I remember the feeling it gave me to witness such effortless dedication that they had for each other. 

Compassion, understanding and individuality all go hand in hand when training. I hope to incorporate all of those while your fur-family member is training with me. I look forward to working with your pups and with you.
